*The prices quoted are per day based on an occupancy of 2 persons. The minimum stay is 7 or 14 nights (depending on the season). The quoted prices include initial supply of bed linen and towels, electricity, heating, VAT, and final cleaning. Please note that guest changes during the rental period must be announced before arrival and are subject to an additional fee per guest change.
Maximum capacity:
Mühlbach and Partnach 2 persons, Loisach 4 persons.
A separate sleeping facility is available on request.

**Upon departure, the apartment is to be handed over in the same condition in which it was found upon arrival. In case of any discrepancies, such as a burned cooktop or soiled oven/pots, dirty dishes or glasses, damage or extreme soiling on the floor, etc., we reserve the right to bill extra cleaning charges.
